Rent evaluations, income projections, and market estimates we provide through this website are non-binding good-faith estimates based on then-current market data and information you provide. They do not guarantee future rent levels, occupancy outcomes, or financial returns. Actual rental outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, tenant behaviour, and property characteristics that may not have been disclosed at the time of estimate.
4. No agency relationship from website use
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not, on its own, create a property management agreement, agency relationship, or fiduciary relationship between you and CentreKey. A formal property management relationship begins only when both parties have signed a Property Management Agreement.

All text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and code on centrekey.com are the property of CentreKey Property Management Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright.
